More about the Event

What if there is more of you to discover? In one enjoyable evening the participants enjoyed the opportunity to encounter more of themselves via practical ways of expanding awareness of self, others and life.

Consciousness is being in the present

Consciousness is little understood, and the tools to expand consciousness even less so. If you’ve had those rare moments of awareness, you know how hard it can be to maintain. In our day to day lives, in times of conflicting emotions, pressure, change etc., our levels of consciousness can fluctuate.

How, then, can you maintain that balance of increased consciousness? What will this look like, and what difference will it make?

The quality of our lives is largely determined by the quality of your consciousness. As we expand our consciousness, we open ourselves to connect more deeply with ourselves, and those around us.

The Experience

Through various excercises and discussions participants worked on expanding awareness of the self and others.

As they were lead through a journey to sharpen their sense of connectedness  and to open themselves to a little more insight, a little more joy and a little more consciousness.
